Understanding

SOCIAL INTERACTIONS

Do you feel that you are missing something when it comes to social skills? This test can improve with conscious effort when you are armed with relevant information on which areas need focus.

Understanding

RELATIONSHIPS

The more you know yourself, the more you’re able to assert what you really need in your relationships and recognize your emotional triggers.

Understanding

SELF-CONFIDENCE

The more insight you have into how you operate, the easier it is to determine what your best and worst traits are — something that can come in handy both personally and professionally.

Understanding

CAREER CHOICES

Choosing a Career is one of the most important decisions of your life and will have a significant impact on the rest of your personal and professional life. Should you be an engineer or a doctor? A social worker or a journalist? Passion is part of the equation, but your personality may also determine what occupation is a good fit.

Understanding

STRESS

When you face adversity, or you’re in a situation that you have difficulty dealing with, it’s helpful to know your strengths so that you can access them when needed. It’s also helpful to know your non-strengths and how you need to develop in order to deal with similar situations in the future. Being more self-aware can really help in this regard and this is where our feedback reports can assist.

Understanding

ANXIETY

Uncertainty about what is going to happen often creates anxiety, and there are probably specific things, people or events that trigger this feeling for you. Being more aware, not only of the feeling of anxiety, but also its cause, and how it affects your thinking and behaviour is the first step in developing your own resources to manage this feeling more effectively.

Understanding

DEPRESSION

Often caused by loss or disappointment, depression can affect your whole way of being. If you feel this way, it’s easy to drift into thinking quite negatively about yourself. It’s at these times when it’s important to notice your positive aspects, your strengths, and opportunities for growth. These can be resources to access when depression strikes, and our feedback report can help point these out.

The Science

We use industry and statistical standards to adhere to ensure that our Questionnaire is on the highest level of accuracy.
Our current CA* score is +/- 0.8

*Cronbach’s Alpha is a measure of internal consistency, that is, how closely related a set of items are as a group. It is considered to be a measure of scale reliability. A “high” value for alpha does not imply that the measure is unidimensional.

By understanding your primary Enneagram type, natural gifts are fully appreciated and self-made limitations understood. People report that they are more able to find deeper satisfaction in their work, and in their relationships, when they more fully comprehend the natural way they and others think, process and respond, based on their type.

He believed that within these two categories, there were two opposite ways of functioning. We can perceive information via our senses, or our intuition. We can make decisions based on objective logic, or subjective feelings and each individual uses the different functions...
